Parents are asked to please take note of the following “Channels of Communication”, should you wish to take up a concern.
It is very important that these channels are followed and that parents do not go directly to the principal, especially if your query concerns learning and teaching aspects.
It is appropriate that the teacher is approached directly, if your problem is not solved then the HOD and if you are still not satisfied only then should you send an email to the principal.

Who to contact: The HOD
How to go about it: Book an appointment with the Teacher by calling the office / write a note / an email
The problem is still not resolved.
Who to contact: The Principal
How to go about it: Book an appointment with the Principal by calling the office / write a note / an email
The problem is still not resolved by the Principal
Who to contact: The Governing Body should be approached ONLY if the principal has already been approached.
