School Vision and Mission
Vision
Erasmia Primary school will strive to furnish the means that will enable the
School to provide a holistic education. Equipping learners with the appropriate
facilities and skills to uphold and promote scholarly sporting, cultural and
personal excellence, maintaining at all time the highest principles of the South African Constitution.
Mission
· Provide a caring atmosphere that will allow the children to feel safe
and encourage and motivate learners while also having fun. Respect all participants, irrespective of race and color, creed or religion and appointed qualifies educators.
· Structure an effective intervention program for learners.
To achieve our vision and mission the school must:
· Ensure the school is transparent and accountable.
· Accept and promote the principles of the South African Schools Act.
· Recognize parents as partners in education and promote a
harmonious relationship within the partnership.
· Respect all participants irrespective of race and color, creed or
religion appointed qualified education.
· Meet the needs of the learners.
· Provide a valued co-curriculum extra- mural activity program.
· Provide learners with equal opportunities to participate in school
activities.
· Ensure all participants in school adhere to a code of good practice.
· Market the school to the best of our ability as a school of excellence.
· Ensure safety and security measures are in place.
· Ensure that the school’s language policy meets the needs of the
learner population.
· Engage the learners and parents in an emphatic manner.
